During the 18 months we were testing the technology, the conferences were some of the most impactful experiences. Watching someone lay down on the TUNE stressed, overwhelmed and possibly skeptical only to be transformed into a joyful peaceful state in 15 minutes was and still is one of the most impactful experiences of my life. It truly changed me; getting to watch people achieve this state so quickly and with such ease. Summit Series in DTLA was a wild experience and it was probably the first time I knew that TUNE was going to work, even if I didn’t know how yet. Our space literally broke their scheduling app because our waitlist was so long and the hall leading to us needed to get cleared every few hours throughout the conference because the line to get in was creating a fire hazard.
My friend Alyson Charles, Rock-Star Shaman, stopped by the beta studio for a TUNE up in Feb 2018.
Friends and Founders of Higher Dose, Katie Kaps and Lauren Berlingeri came in before our space opened for the day at DTLA to get Tuned Up.
At the Wall Street Journal's Future of Everything conference, our demo TUNEs were placed next to an exhibit of a functional jetpack. The rocketeer was a handsome, charming french pilot who flew around the statue of liberty the day before. The jetpack still held the smell of gasoline. To both of our surprises, the line for TUNE to learn or possibly experience our tech was longer than his! I squeezed him for a session at the end of one of the days of the conference and he said, “I get it now. You are making people happy and we all need a little happiness”.
